Set the deposit as a percentage of the treatment price.

When the deposit is paid the booking is confirmed and the client gets a WhatsApp confirmation.
If a client pays you another way, confirm the booking in the diary and they're told straight away.

What if the client cancels?

Clients can cancel or move their booking from their link; what happens to the deposit is your own policy, which is shown on your booking page.
