Yes. You can import clients via CSV upload from the Clients page. We support standard CSV exports from most booking platforms including Fresha, Phorest, and Google Contacts. Contact support if you need help with a specific format.
Pricing & Payment
Never. Ngozi CRM charges a flat monthly fee — that's it. Unlike Fresha, which takes 20% of every new client booking, we never touch your revenue. You keep 100% of every transaction with your clients.
We accept USD, GBP, and EUR via PayPal subscriptions. Prices are displayed in all three currencies on the pricing page. For clients in Mauritius and the UAE, we recommend paying in USD.
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time and receive a prorated credit. To switch from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal balance, and bank transfers — even if you don't have a PayPal account. Guest checkout is available.
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of an annual renewal charge and haven't used the platform in that period, email billing@ngozi-crm.beauty for a full refund.

Starter plan supports up to 5 staff accounts. Professional plan is unlimited. Each staff member gets their own login with role-based access (Owner, Manager, Staff).
Each workspace (subscription) covers one clinic location. If you run multiple branches, each needs its own subscription. Contact us for multi-location bundle pricing.
Yes — the app is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. There's no dedicated mobile app yet, but the browser version is optimised for mobile use. A native app is on our roadmap.
It automatically identifies clients who haven't visited in 30, 60, or 90 days and sends them a personalised WhatsApp message to bring them back. You set the threshold and the message template — we handle the sending. This feature is included in the Professional plan.
Yes — you can set your clinic name, primary colour scheme, and service labels during onboarding. Full white-labelling is available on the Enterprise plan.
Data, Privacy & Security
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Your client data is architecturally isolated from other clinics — nobody else can see it.
Yes. We are compliant with UK GDPR, EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679), and the UAE Federal Data Protection Law 2021. You are the data controller for your client data; we are your data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for EU/UK clients.
You do. 100%. We process it solely to deliver the service to you. We never access, analyse, sell, or share your client data. You can export all your data at any time.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can reactivate if you change your mind. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ngozi-crm.beauty.
