Our Story

Ngozi CRM started with a simple frustration: beauty clinics were being charged 20% of every new client by booking platforms, then losing access to that relationship entirely. A loyal client the clinic had nurtured for years was listed as a "Fresha client" — and the clinic was paying for the privilege.

We built Ngozi CRM as the alternative: a full practice management platform where you own every client relationship from day one. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep every penny your clients pay you.

We're backed by A-One Global Resourcing Ltd (AOGRL), an AI automation consultancy based in Mauritius. AOGRL has been helping businesses across the UK, UAE, and Indian Ocean region automate their operations since 2020. Ngozi CRM is our first product focused entirely on the beauty and aesthetics industry.

• You own your clients. No platform should sit between you and your clients and take a cut of your work.
• Flat pricing is honest pricing. You should know exactly what software costs — not find out after 12 months of growing revenue that your software bill scaled with it.
• Data is yours, not ours. We are a data processor. You are the controller. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
• GDPR is a floor, not a ceiling. We aim to exceed minimum compliance requirements across all our markets.

The Team

Ngozi CRM is built by a small distributed team with backgrounds in product management, full-stack engineering, and clinic operations. We have advisors with direct experience running beauty clinics in the UK and UAE who test every feature before it ships.

We're a small company, which means you'll reach a person when you email support — not a bot. We read every support email and feature request.

Based in Mauritius, Built for the World

AOGRL is incorporated in Mauritius. Our engineering team works across time zones, our legal framework covers UK, EU, and UAE jurisdiction, and our infrastructure runs on global CDN infrastructure with data residency in EU/US regions.

Being a Mauritius-based company makes us lean and efficient — operational costs that don't get passed on to you as price inflation.
