Please read these terms before using Ngozi CRM

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and A-One Global Resourcing Ltd (AOGRL), a company incorporated in Mauritius ("Ngozi CRM", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Ngozi CRM, you agree to these Terms.
If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Ngozi CRM is a cloud-based practice management platform for beauty clinics, skin clinics, aesthetics practices, spas, and related businesses. Features include client management, appointment scheduling, invoicing, analytics, staff management, and automated re-engagement campaigns.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan without offering a pro-rated refund or plan change.
Current pricing is published at ngozi-crm.beauty/#pricing. Prices are shown in USD, GBP, and EUR. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store card numbers. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. You will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time via your PayPal account or the Billing page within Ngozi CRM.
We will give at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase. Existing subscribers will not be charged the new price until their next renewal after the notice period.
Your client data belongs to you. All records, notes, photos, and information you enter about your clients remain your intellectual property. We process this data only to provide the service, never to analyse, sell, or share it.
You can export your data at any time from the platform. We will also provide a full data export on request within 30 days of cancellation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
When you use Ngozi CRM to process personal data about your clients, you are the data controller and we are your data processor. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the UAE Federal Data Protection Law 2021).
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for organisations that require one for GDPR compliance. Email privacy@ngozi-crm.beauty.
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided by email at support@ngozi-crm.beauty.
Response times: Starter — within 2 business days. Professional — within 1 business day.
Ngozi CRM, its brand, software, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of A-One Global Resourcing Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of or licence to our intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer in an EU member state, in which case the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
